Brad Smith
My name is Brad Smith, and I have been interested in real estate investing for the past 15+ years. Throughout that time, I have had both failures and successes. The majority of my experience has been in rental property, though I have also had the privilege to participate in a variety of other projects (both commercial and residential).
You should know that I do not consider myself an expert on real estate (or anything else, for that matter), but rather a continuous learner with a few years of experience under my belt. Also, I do not claim any of the ideas on this blog as original to me. Most of them are a swill of information collected from many resources over the past decade or so.
Please note that I also share from a Christian perspective. At times I will reference verses from the Bible and/or other quotes from my faith perspective. My faith has radically changed who I am, and I trust it will help me become the person I want to be. I am far from perfect and considerably flawed.
A final disclaimer: I am frequently a knucklehead, so if I misquote something or am wrong, please feel free to reach out and correct me. I want to learn more about investing and improve my own practices, so you may be able to offer me help as well!
